Legacy League

 While we wait for the new set to arrive... 


...we've decided to start a legacy league in modern (later rounds silver red.). We've already played the first couple of weeks with a limited card pool. We have started out by playing with everything non-Marvel and DC. Every time we play the winning team gets banned for the rest of the league.

Round 1-4 we played with cards from non-DC/Marvel modern legal.
Round 5-9 we are playing silver age card pool, with a wheel of fortune character draw.
From round 10 to 17 we are keeping the wheel of fortune. Instead of characters, we are letting the wheel decide the format and card pool.

Round 8 - Iron Man vs. The Flash



Round 7 - Martian Manhunter vs. Groot. 
*A protest have been placed from one of the players in the tournament regarding the Investigation BAC already being used in a previous match. Judges have been noted and will give a ruling on the incident.
** Ruling has been made. Onwards from this point, protests needs to be placed during the match. 

Round 6
Again, we both load four heroes into the wheel of fortune. I was very lucky to draw Superman and Mads got Wolverine. Just the opposite of our personal favourite DC vs. Marvel games. However, both team is banned as the games went into a draw.





Round 5
For this round we are changing things up a bit. We put a lot of DC and Marvel characters into a wheel of fortune - see video right under here. Team must consist of the character drawn and cards from that universe. Mads got Spider-Man and I got Green Lantern.
